Jeff’s story starts in the Ranger community. He served as an Army Infantry officer from 1993 to 1999 — Airborne and Ranger qualified, with multiple overseas assignments — including time as an instructor in the mountain phase of the U.S. Army Ranger Course, forging the next generation of Rangers in the north Georgia mountains.

What he built after hanging up the uniform is just as impressive. Strategy consultant and project leader at The Boston Consulting Group. Fifteen years in senior leadership at HSBC, including Head of Strategy, Chief of Staff, and Chairman of HSBC Asset Management USA. Strategy executive at JPMorgan Chase. And through it all, he never stopped serving — championing veterans in the workplace at HSBC and mentoring service members making the jump to civilian careers.
