Education is the Pathway to Progress.
We Help Pave The Way.
Apply For A Scholarship!

Howard Capital Management Proud Sponsor of the National Ranger Memorial Foundation

We are thankful for the support of Howard Capital Management.

The Kenneth C. Leuer/Joseph S. Stringham Scholarship Endowment

The National Ranger Memorial Foundation takes immense pride in fostering the legacy of our Rangers not only through commemorative efforts but also through empowering the future generation. Recognizing the value of education and the significant role it plays in shaping our society, the NRMF established its Scholarship Program. The NRMF scholarship is merit based.

Undergraduate and Graduate School Merit Scholarships are awarded annually and limited to full time students pursuing degrees at accredited Colleges / Universities / Graduate Schools or Vocational / Technical Institutions. No recipient of a NRMF scholarship award will receive more than four annual scholarships for undergraduate studies and two for graduate studies. The scholarships are merit-based and the process is competitive, so not all applicants will be awarded scholarships.

The NRMF is a certified non-profit, tax-exempt 501(c)(3) charitable organization. NRMF Merit Scholarships are awarded without regard to race, color, gender, religion, national origin, or physical ability.

To date, we are proud to announce that the NRMF has awarded over 500 scholarships, a testament to our commitment to education and the future of our Ranger community. We look forward to continuing this tradition of support and contribution to the legacy of Rangers for many years to come.

Read all instructions carefully before completing the application. You are required to provide documentation as requested by the NRMF Board. If you are not able to answer or provide specific information, you must explain plain why.

If you are not involved in school activities, clubs, athletics, work, or volunteering, please provide an explanation in each applicable section. You may provide other information you feel would assist us in the evaluation of each section.

The Board of Directors will consider all information submitted with the application. The last section in the application provides you an opportunity to tell the NRMF Board of Directors anything you think they need to know about you to better evaluate your application. The application graders are not privy to your personal information. Names and individual identifying information are redacted from the individual application voting packets.
