Board of Directors
Our Board of Directors is the driving force behind the National Ranger Memorial Foundation’s mission, a team of dedicated individuals bringing together diverse backgrounds, skills, and experiences united by a shared commitment to supporting and honoring the U.S. Army Rangers.
The Board is composed of two essential components: the Executive Council and the Executive Committee. The Executive Council, including the President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer, provides strategic direction and leadership, ensuring that our activities align with our mission and goals.
The Executive Committee is made up of devoted individuals serving in various critical roles, including advising on legal matters, managing our financial resources, overseeing our scholarship program, and maintaining our strong relationship with Ranger Associations, among other tasks. Together, these individuals work tirelessly to uphold the legacy of Rangers and provide invaluable support to our community.
Under the guidance of the Board of Directors, the National Ranger Memorial Foundation continues its proud history of supporting the Ranger community, preserving the legacy of Rangers, and making a meaningful impact on the lives of countless individuals and families.
Our Board’s actions and decisions are guided by a set of robust regulations and principles, as outlined in the “NRMF BYLAWS” and the “NRMF Indenture of Trust.” These documents ensure the integrity and effectiveness of our operations and promote transparency and accountability in everything we do.
